of CMS International Ltd who has been a distributor member
of Promota for nearly 10 years.
With distributor side experience we know what's important
to you, and understand the peace of mind generated from
using trade only suppliers.

Payment Terms
Our payment terms are strictly pro-forma for the first
3 orders, then subject to references and credit checks,
a 30 day net trading account may be opened.
General Terms & Conditions
All invoices and financial matters will be dealt with by
CMS International Ltd. Prices are net of VAT and carriage
will be charged at cost. Quantities delivered will be within
a 10% tolerance of order quantity and will be invoiced accordingly.
In the case of pro-forma invoicing, CMSi reserves the right
to issue a balance invoice upon delivery in the event of
any overs.
Prices assume that you will supply artwork to the correct
specification, any amendments to your artwork will incur
a minimum charge of £20. Once a written order is placed
and is subsequently cancelled there will be a £35
administration charge plus any associated costs depending
on the progress of the order.
All goods remain the property of CMSi until paid for in
full. Any delay in receipt of your remittance may result
in your account being passed to our collection agency. All
costs arising will be charged to your account including
any resulting storage costs for your goods. Orders are received
on the understanding of your acceptance of our detailed
terms and conditions which are available upon request.
